By accessing or using the services provided by PulseLogic SEO ("we," "our," or "us"), including the CoreLogic, GrindLogic, and PulseLogic platforms and the teamspeak.ai website (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

PulseLogic SEO provides AI-powered software solutions for businesses:

• CoreLogic: AI-powered analytics and insights platform using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) technology for grocery stores
• GrindLogic: Digital meat department log manager for USDA compliance and operations tracking
• PulseLogic: Strategic SEO and GEO platform for local business visibility optimization

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription and Payment

Billing

Paid Services are billed by invoice on a monthly basis unless otherwise agreed. You agree to pay all approved fees by the due date listed on each invoice. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months of service.

Free Trials

Some Services may offer free trials. At the end of the trial period, continued access may require invoice approval or a separate written agreement.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
• Use the Services to transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Services without written consent
• Use automated means to scrape or extract data from the Services beyond intended API usage
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, content, features, and functionality, are owned by PulseLogic SEO and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of all data and content you submit to the Services. By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Services, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Services for maintenance, updates, or security purposes. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PulseLogic SEO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PulseLogic SEO, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notifying you via email or through the Services. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
